Purchasing Poppy Cheema Design products need correct care whenever you are wearing or storing them. Please read the following for care:
- to clean your earrings, gently wipe using a soft microfibre cloth.
- earrings should not be immersed in water or worn in water as can damage the product.
- put on your earrings after you have applied perfume, hairspray, face and body creams, sunscreen, essential oil, etc.
- earrings need to avoid direct sunlight.
- products are recommended to be kept on a jewellery stand, within a box or a soft cloth bag.

Please allow 5-10 business days - excluding postage and delivery time.
COMBINING ORDERS
Please place your order carefully as combined orders are not available.
DELIVERY
All orders will be sent through Australia Post, either by regular post or express post.
Postage is for Australian orders only at this stage.
Domestic orders valued below AUD $100 - Regular Post $10, Express Post $15
Domestic orders valued AUD $100 or more - Regular Post is complimentary, Express Post $10
REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
The images of products should be used as a guide only. Due to variations in some computer and device screens, there may be some variations in colours. Every attempt is made to represent the product and colours as accurately as possible.
In the event there is a problem with the product, please contact Poppy Cheema Designs immediately at poppycheemadesigns@gmail.com.
When am I not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund?
Poppy Cheema Designs can refuse to give you a free repair, replacement or refund if:
- you simply change your mind (this includes if you no longer like the item or made the wrong choice).
- you misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem.
- a problem with a product was completely outside of Poppy Cheema Designs’ control.
- If products are older than 6 months old.
Repairs
If you have a minor problem with a product and you are entitled to a repair replacement or refund, Poppy Cheema Designs can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. You must accept this free repair if Poppy Cheema Designs offers it to you.
If Poppy Cheema Designs fails to give you a free repair within a reasonable time or cannot fix your problem, you can (where you are entitlement to do so):
- ask for a replacement.
- ask for a refund.
If a product needs to be sent back where repairs are possible, all postage costs will be at the expense of the buyer.

Replacements and refunds
When you have a major problem with a product and are entitled to do so, you may ask for a replacement or refund.
Replaced products would be similar to the original product.
Refunds would be the same amount you paid and given to you in the same form as your original payment.
When processing a replacement or refund, Poppy Cheema Designs can take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, and consider the following factors:
- the type of product.
- how you are likely to use the product.
- the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used.
- the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
In all cases, products must be returned before they are 6 months old to be entitled to a replacement or refund.
What is a major problem?
A product has a major problem when:
- it is unsafe, but taking into account the product’s intended use and that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are kept and used in a safe environment, including that they are appropriate for the individual and kept out of reach of children.
- it is significantly different from the sample or description.
- it is materially faulty and can’t easily be fixed.
Reimbursement for damage and loss
Poppy Cheema Designs doesn’t have to pay for damages or losses that:
- are not caused by its products.
- relate to something independent of its business, after the products left its control, including where products are lost in the postal system.
